This dress moves.
This competitive ice dance dress fits tight through the body and has a flowing dropped waist skirt. There are about 100 AB Swarovski crystals around the bustline and following the lower edge of the sheer strap. The skirt is three layers. The top layer is a multi-colored silver glitter blue mesh, the middle layer is a light blue mesh and the bottom layer is a blue polyester lining. The bodice and the attached panty are matching blue lycra.
