Bloglines is a free, easy-to-use service that organizes and tracks all your favorite blogs, alerting you to when there are new posts on each one. If you read more than a handful, it's a huge time-saver -- and an easy way to keep an eye on what's happening in the crafty online universe, without having to click around... and around... and around! You can easily see what's new on CraftStylish, or any of your other favorites, in one convenient location.

Just sign up for a free account, subscribe to any and all blogs you like to read, and then bookmark your Bloglines page. Whenever you check in, any blogs with new posts will be highlighted in bold, with the number of updates next to the name. Just click on the ones you have time to read right away, and leave any others for later. Bloglines will keep the "new" posts new for you until you click the title. Sort them by type, frequency, or any other method you like to keep things organized, too! Lots of people I know like Google Reader, too, if you want to give that one a try...

Here are 25 of my favorite craft blogs, listed in alphabetical order, if you're looking for a few new ones to check out, too.

All Buttoned Up

Angry Chicken
Average Jane Crafter
Belle Epoque
Bits and Bobbins
Cathy of California
Diary of a Crafty Chica
Do Stuff!

Happy reading!

The_Kids_Are_Alight writes: Google reader is great.. it's so useful, especially the "next" button you can add to your favorite bookmarks which basically takes you from new website entry to the next new website entry, checking it off as "read" once you've been to that page , instead of just looking at them in a list (that kind of looks like email) - this is the way not to miss a posting!

(and thanks for the list - some new ones for me too!)
