Slmak---the Palace of Handicrafts.

Paper-cut dates from the Qing dynasty with more than 150 years of history in China. On May 20, 2006, approved by the State Council, this folk craft skill is listed in the first national nonmaterial cultural heritage list. YuXian paper-cut is the only one stippling paper-cut that is made by intaglio skill. Therefore it is famous for fine knife work and  various colours. It is a kind of folk art that can be made at home and abroad.Meanwhile the subjects of paper–cut are wide and most of all reflects the common life of common people and full of life. This paper-cut is named Thousand hands Guanyin which shows a glory of unity.
