This is a Dimensional Pin from the collection of the same name.  It is needlefelted with many different colors of Merino wool.  Added in the middle is a blob of silk fiber. On the top of the piece is a green ridge.  The backing is a circle of commercial felt with a pinback held in place with glue and embroidery thread.  Unfortunately due to the size requirements for photos, I could not show the piece in full.
