  • I love sewing for my daughter because she knows what she wants.  She designed her dress and we had fun working together, she lives on the west coast and I live on the east coast.  We had a few fittings and I had her measuring herself with evenly spaced dots down her sides.  I read Thread magazine for lining ideas and followed Susan Khalje's Bridal Couture.  While being photographed in the beautiful Hotel L'Auberge, San Diego, she was called the "Pink Bride" It was a beautiful wedding.
