These are two mini vessels I made for Valentines Day or for that matter any occasion where you'd like to express love and friendship.

They are wet felted with Merino wool and Tussah silk. The heart is needlefelted. Have you ever heard of shaving a felted bowl? When it's still wet, I take a plain old razor and give it a shave. This takes the extra fuzzies off and can also reveal the layers underneath.

I have added little beads to further embellish.

In the second photo, I added a few stickers...a perfect gift for a young person AND include stickers inside the bowl. How about candy?

The third picture (locket not for sale) is another idea...how about a lovely pair of earrings or a necklace hidden inside?

Each mini is 2" high and 3" across. the opening is approx. 1".
