These are two Felted Mini Tapestry Bowls.  They are about 2-3".  The opening is approx. 1".  Made with Merino wool roving, they are wet felted, fulled, shaped and even shaved before embellishing.  The felting process can produce interesting ridges.  I take a barbed needle and further sculpt these areas.  Then I needle felt other colors of roving/wool to create the tapestry look.  

They have any uses:  to hold favorite jewelry, little notes, dried flowers, even a tooth for the tooth fairy.  They are lovely to look at and very comforting to hold

Customizing them to suit a customer's decor or favorite fabric is a way to personalize these Felted Minis.
