I have seen similar shirts for infants like these at craft fairs and bizaars, but find the prices unbelievable! I simply bought the ties and the t-shirts at a second hand store (with a weekly coupon!). Total cost to me for the 2 shirts and ties was $1.50! I cut the ties to fit according to the shirt size and simply fabric glued them in place. To finish, I sewed the edges down. Too cute!
