The finished pillow at home on the couch
Scraplets left over from a muslin I'm constructing of a dress. This pillow is a nice distraction from that daunting task.
The strippy, scrappy muslin panel turned out a bit too plain for my taste.
Quilting near the ditch with a layer of my favorite cotton batting.
I printed out the shape onto a sheet of tear-off stabilizer and pinned it, along with the fabric to the muslin panel. Then, I machine-appliqued on the shape, pausing to stuff it with a little fiberfill.
The finished pillow at home on the couch
I made this fun little pillow for our couch. Nothing comes together quicker and easier than a pillow, small enough to improvise, yet functional and practical. Read more about it at www.lovelihood.com.
