I know that most crafts are done with sewing- which I absolutely love and will be loading more pictures of, but I wanted to share with others the positive side of bath salts and Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils because we crafters are great at getting caught up in our crafts and forgetting about taking care of ourselves. These oils have helped me so much. I purchase only the ones that are used and valued at Beth Israel Hospital in NY,NY. in their alternitive medicine program as they are the leaders in their field.
