This week the final 7 designers were asked to create their own textiles using touchscreen HP All-in-One Desktop PCs. It was extremely exciting for the designers to be able to design fabric that represents who they are as artists, and then create garments to showcase their new fabric.

With so few designers left, the competition is getting fierce. Only Jay was safe this week, leaving the other six designers in a fight for first and last place.

Top three: (Emilio, Maya, and Seth Aaron)
Bottom three: (Anthony, Mila, and Jonathan)
Winner: Emilio for the 3rd time
Out: Anthony

brendazzi writes: I like Mila's dress. The stripes, on their own, don't do anything for me, but in that dress, it's flattering, looks comfortable and very wearable (but not with the little jacket)!
I thought that Jonathan's garment, however, looked like an inharmonious mess- but I really like the print on its own.

mommaviv writes: Well I also think Mila's dress was horrible. The fabric reminded me of some cushions on the rattan furniture my parents had back in the 70's. But I have to say although I loved Anthony for his amazing personality and love of making women look sexy and beautiful I do think they made the right choice of who to send home. That being said I really think Seth Aaron's creation totally trumped Emilio's.

NinaC writes: I am a Project Runway junkie! It is getting harder to decide who stays and who goes. I think the judges are at this point thinking about the end in mind and which designer will design the best final collection. I wish we could see more about the actual construction of the garments. More workroom shots. I'm amazed with this aspect of the show.

romonak writes: Watching Episode 10, I can't believe that Mila wasn't eliminated. That outfit she created was horrible and the poor model could only hope that she didn't fall trying to walk in it. Mila can design for sure, but that disasterous effort the other night should have disqualified her, not Anthony. He at least made a garment that was attractive, even if it is similar to what's he's done in the past. At the very least he made something women would wear, not that junk that Mila showed...
Next week should be good given that someone walks and another designer is brought back.... ;o) Hope it's Anthony that returns.
