Fashion lovers take notice--if you haven't checked out the amazing wealth of prom attire created from duct tape on the internet, do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search.
Each year Duck Brand duct tape hosts a Stuck At Prom scholarship contest for high schoolers to earn money towards their college education. To enter, you and your date must construct and wear outfits made with duct tape to the prom. Each garment must be atleast 10% duct tape. Submit your picture to the Duck Brand website for a chance to win. They will choose the finalists and then you get to vote on the winner.
This year is their 10th anniversary, and so they are giving away 20 scholarships to celebrate. First prize is $3,000 to each individual member of the winning couple!
The amount of duct tape colors and patterns available now are astounding. I can't wait to see what the contestants come up with this year. To enter, you must submit your photo by June 7th, 2010. For more information, visit the Duck Brand website.
