Long white card (10 x 21cm) with a 1 inch piece of red satin ribbon running along the centre.

On top of this is a brown frame with a black centre to imitate a school blackboard. On this is a girl wearing a grey tunic and black shoes. Her eyes are stick on googly eyes which move.

Top right is an apple made from glitter green card.

The words Thank You made from thick silver card are on the left hand side.
