My own design, not hard to make.

-cut 1 rectangle of stretchy fabric ( 2 1/4 ft  x 1 2/3ft) fold in half and cut a wide 1/2 U shape from the top. Add a couple of pleats to give the cape some flare. fold raw edges over, sew.

-applique letter and border on the bottom (you can't see in the pic, but i quilted some flames over the border)

I used magnets for the closures, just 2 peices of fabric + interfacing. fold in half, fold raw edges in, press and sew with magnet inside the pocket.
