I decorated this bulletin board, buttons and all! It was very easy, say you have a old bulletin board or buy one like I did and dont like it being so plain. Then you choose fabric ( make sure it can cover the whole bulletin board and enough to glue it on the back). 1.Using a hot glue gun to glue the fabric on the board (you  might need to iron the fabric before hand if there are any creases). 2.After pick your ribbion( you  can use all of the same color but I used different ones). Glue the ribbion on the back( it can be any way you want, I prefer diagonal). Make sure it goes 2 ways so the ribbion crosses, and it is kinda tight. 3. To make the buttons, or middle pieces, you will need thumb tacks( i got a pack of 300 at the dollar store). Also you will need old buttons, you all get extras off of clothes. Glue the buttons onto the thumb tacks using your hot glue gun. 4. Last put the buttons, or middle pieces on the board where the ribbon crosses. * You can also use them to hold stuff on you board.
