I used the tutorial here to make this topper for a friend's wedding recently. I changed it a bit to look more like them and match their wedding colours. I made the roses for the bouquet out of folded ribbon, according to a video tutorial I found. The veil and skirt are made out of scraps of the actual fabrics used. Thanks for the tutorial! It was super fun to make!
