Ever fancied yourself sitting on a cloud? Or jumping out of an airplane and landing on a whispy cloudy pillow? Or just floating away on a summer cloud, legs dangling over the edge, not a care in the world...

This lovely felted necklace looks like one of those cumulus daydreams. It's made of little balls of soft cream coloured merino wool. Each ball is wet felted by hand, then a hole is made with a needle and a silver plated hat pin threaded through. The little clouds are then strung on a sterling silver chain. The little beads rattle freely so the cloud changes shape as you wear the necklace - just like the real ones!

The earrings are made in a similar way and the beads attached to silver plated ear wires.
