I couldn't sleep because I was having the sewing bug at midnight, so I made this in acouple hours! I had this fabric laying around and thought they paired up well. The bust was a rectangle piece and the bottom was a circle. Add some elastic and viola! I Loved it on my sister! It draped so well on her. Hope you like!
