Circle Skirt and single shoulder top

this circle skirt has 2 layers, top printed layer is a cotton blend and the bottom layer is knit fabric, both fabrics are super soft. the top was originally a v neck tee that had lost its shape so i reconstructed it to a single shoulder and embellished with a rosette made from the extra fabric.
