Ruffle Layered Twirl Dress
comments (4) July 21st, 2010 in galleryI made this dress (named Feliz, which is Spanish for happy) for my daughter. This "happy" dress features layers of pretty ruffles in the back, a bow which helps adjust the waist and stay-put straps. It is two full layers of fabric and the bottom layer is accented with a ruffle hem all the way around. She loves princesses and this dress is fun to spin and twirl the summer away!
