Botched shirt turned tote!

Title: Botched shirt tote bag
How I made it: As you can tell from the pictures, this bag matches my dress. It looks like I just made it to match without recycling, but WAIT! This bag was recycled from a shirt I attempted to make with the fabric from the dress (which I also made). Rather than throwing away this ruined project, I turned the drawstring neckline into half of the bag and added the drawstring to the other half, lined it and made it tote-ally reversible!
Why I should win: It isn't your usual recycled materials that made this bag, but a little creativity turned this problem into a completely usable project. What's more, I use this bag every day! I love it!
