"War of the Roses" - Gothic Lolita Jewelry - Memento Mori Double Guns Pirate Cameo Charm Necklace with Sword by Ghostlove
comments (0) September 15th, 2010 in galleryBetween 1455 and 1487, there were a series of civil wars between supporters of the rival houses of Lancaster and York, for the throne of England. The war ended with the victory of the Lancastrian Henry Tudor, who founded the House of Tudor, which ruled all of England and Wales for 116 years. This piece was inspired by that incredibly significant (and bloody) historical event.
This necklace has two layers, with a vintage sword pendant hanging down above the other charms. There is a gorgeous gunslinger cameo with roses on either side of his top hat mounted to the antiqued silver Victorian setting. A matching two-toned acrylic rose is seated at the connection point of the chains for a nice contrast. There is also a large gun charm, crystal accented cross, and a skull heart shield with black enamel. This is truly an awesome necklace!
MEASUREMENTS:
Cameo alone - 40x30mm
