Supplies

Silk screen ( use curtain sheers stretched over a picture frame or embroidery frame

fabric paint or silk screen paint

squeegee

wax paper

pencil and paper 

scissors

Decide on an image and trace it onto wax paper.

Cut out design.

Use either the negative or positive of the  image ( the cut away, or the "what's left ) Place it on the shirt.

Lay the screen over the wax paper

Using fabric paint or silk screen paint and a squeegee spread the paint over the screen.

Lift the screen and wax paper

Wala! a beautiful image that looks professional

I did this with my teenage nieces, They came out beautifully
