Nurses and doctors that wear their stethoscope around their neck can ruin the tubing due to body oils.  I ended up having to buy new tubing for one of mine before deciding to make covers for them.  I had my coworkers try them and they gave me feedback before selling them on my shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/Qshift?ref=si_shop
