Upcycled Jacket for Kids
comments (1) October 15th, 2010 in galleryTo make this jacket for my daughter I started with an old pinstriped suit jacket. The design itself is a relatively simple jacket, which I then lined with a bright and fun paisley flannel which would show wonderfully on the lapels and the rolled sleeves. Just needed to swap in some fun buttons, redo the button holes with pink thread to match the paisley, and add a fun little applique sun to the back and my wee one has a perfect jacket for the fall.
