I found some really cool papers with glow in the dark Halloween designs and just had to turn it into pendants. The white parts of the pendants really glow an eerie green in the dark when exposed to a light source. It was really great paper because the sealer did not effect the glow in the dark properties at all. I used a wood base which I hand painted black.
