The coffee filter angel I made I used 3 filters. 2 for the skirting and 1 for the wings. Using a styrofoam ball for the head.  By taking 1 filter and wrapping around the styrofoam ball, then add the other filter on top of the first one. Then take craft string or whatever you would like to use and tie around the head. Next take the filter and fold it and gather the filter to the center making the wing, place filter back of next of the angel wrapping the craft string around criss crossing the string. Tie the craft string in front and cut any excess string.
