How great is the idea of having a tulle skirt that you can put over a dress and turn it into a wedding dress? It's a lot more affordable than buying a tulle wedding dress, and you get two dresses in one. The tulle skirt can be worn for the ceremony, then taken off for the reception. The skirt below retails on etsy for around $295, which is affordable, but I wanted to show you how to do it yourself for even less.
