I used grocery bag material for the outside (not sure what it's called) and Ripstop Nylon (both from JoAnn Fabrics) for the inside lining instead of the PUL fabric, which I read on several websites was not food-safe.  I love the way it turned out and fits my sandwich better than my purchased sandwich holder! Thanks for the pattern!!
