If you like to craft for a cause, I came across something politically crafty in one of my google sessions...Crafter, Julie Ree is calling all knitters, sewers, painters and jewelry makers to support Barack Obama.  In addition to asking for contributions to his campaign, you can show your support with a little Crafters for Obama Flair! Check Julie's online store at Cafepress Shop to get your tee or baseball cap!

Since I'm an equal opportunity crafter, I want to mention that John McCain's 96 year old mom was featured in Vogue's August Age Issue...If  any of you have heard an crafting news about John McCain, I'd love to hear about it!

No matter what our political leanings, one thing we can all agree on is that crafting and fashion know no age limits!
