The Susette is the most darling bustle tutu for a birthday girl, photo prop, flower girl or dress up.  The tutu is reminiscent of the French Victorian Age with a modern twist.  The bustle features pink, light blue and white tulle carefully layered in loops at the top of the bustle and fanned at the bottom for the tail. 

As with all my tutus, each bustle is carefully hand assembled and machine sewn for the finest quality, durability and attention to detail you will find.

This bustle tutu is made in one piece.  There is no need to tie the bustle on.  The tutu will come with two satin bows tied at each side of the bustle.  The tutu is 10 inches in length with a 16 inch bustle.
