Sterling silver pendant cast from an authentic turn-of-the-century medallion awarded by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Reversible - one side includes mysterious original engraving! Hangs from a unisex thick sterling silver cable chain which has been oxidized and repolished for an antique gunmetal finish.
