Once upon a time this hat was a skirt.Upcycled Edwardian inspired hat perfect for summer garden parties and afternoon tea.Maybe a wedding?Generously sized to fit low on the head this electric blue silk organdy is trimmed with a recycled silk necktie and a vintage glass button.The brim is wired so you can bend to suit.
