I was inspired to create these by Lori of Studio Waterstone.  She uses old leather coats to make handbags and created a bracelet from a left over cuff.  Not having any leftover cuffs around, I was able to purchase scraps of suede at my local craft store.  I then cut and stitched these cuffs and added embellishments.

ca89bee32 writes: You can also buy the cuffs precut from Tandy Leather Factory. They are tooling leather but they are fun to make. I work with leather too, cebe-handbags.com
