Perfect for Junior High Prom

My 13 year old daughter designed and sewed most of this dress using Simplicity Pattern 2398 as the basis for the design. Seafoam green satin with underskirt cut on the bias. Gathered sheer overlay on skirt and centre bodice front. Bottom skirt embellished with Swarovski crystals. Halter style top has seafoam green front changing to teal at back of neck for bow. Teal cumberbund-style waist. Back open to waist with sheer lacing helps to make the fit perfect. Ideal for a perfect fit!
