Duct tape strikes again! This is one of my entries for the state fair this year. Instead of weaving the tape, I adhered it in even rows onto freezer paper, then cut it out with a regular dress pattern. This was not exactly easy to make, because the tape doesn't have give like fabric, so would not take darts or gathers. It would probably be hot, and may not graze the body, but this actually is wearable.

Update: Got a Blue Ribbon!

XtinaS writes: Unfortunately, I never could get anyone to try it on. The only person who volunteered was a guy! I think my sister-in-law would fit, but she would sooo not do that. :-)

therdry writes: I have one question did anyone ever wear it? I've seen other photos of duct tape clothing, but no one ever says what thier like on. I love it by the way, very bold.
