Use the Martha Stewart Crafts™ Deco Fans Punch Around the Page set to create this adorable shells picture frame, perfect for a party favor from a plain wooden frame. It is a great project to capture a special summer memory.   

Directions:

1.  Place a piece of patterned paper face down on a cutting mat. Lay the frame face down on top and use a craft knife to cut out the cardstock to fit the frame and frame window. 

2.  Trim a piece of aqua cardstock to 5 x 5 inch, and using either the frame or the previously cut patterned paper as a guide, cut out the inner window shape squarely in the center. Repeat this step with a piece of 6.75 x 6.75 inch blue cardstock.  

3.  Use the corner and edge punches to punch around all four sides of both solid squares.  

4. Adhere the patterned paper to the frame.  Layer and adhere the blue cardstock and the aqua cardstock on top. 

5. Add photo to frame.
