This Chandelier was inspired by Jeffery Rudell. When i was surfing the web one day i thought it was a spectacular idea to make a chandelier out of paper for my cut paper portfolio, and i ran across his work. A couple of days later my sister informed me that she would be getting married, right away i thought to myself that this would be the perfect oportunity to try my hand at making one. I asked my sister if she would like me to build her one and she said that she would love to have it in the middle of the dance floor, so i set out to design my chandelier and found the design i wanted to do, when i planned this out i realized that even with heavy weight paper it would not be able to sustain the real candles and lights taht would be set on the chandelier for my sisters wedding. So Instead of making the whole body of paper I made the four main branches of the chandelier out of foam core (which was actually harder to cut than the paper) (gosh i wish i could have just given someone the design and have it all die-cut). Well the result was Ok she asked me to sparypaint it pink which i did (Im really sorry about the bad quality photo i will try to upload a better one). It wasnt as clean a chandelier as i would like, but im working on making another  one (this one entirely of paper i hope) so everyone wish me luck.
