A combination of recycled fabric and cruelty free feathers in red tartan plaid with black and white accents and feathers.The tiny hat sits securely a top a thin metal headband in black with rubberized tips.Very comfortable to wear even if your hair is short.The feathers are delicately hand curled to frame the face.
