Tiny hat for the ecofashion crowd,and anyone else.Made from recycled materials.Tee shirt refashioning on a felt frame.The veil is a kicky sky blue.Since this hat perches it is a one size fits all.It is multi colored with an Asian motif cotton and an interesting texture It is edged in black with grey grosgrain around the crown.Feathers are hand curled biots and chinese wooden bead detail completes.
