A true piece of millinery,all fashioned from recycled and by-product scraps.The fascinator base is covered in dusty blue silk velvet from a c1920s dress.Attached to that are black and inky purple cruelty free feathers,some silk hand dyed ribbon and a bit of plum colored birdcage veil.

All of this confection is topped off with a handmade wearable art mini leather mask-a little owl.The mask was made by faceOdd Wearable Art Masks.
