Tilted Neo Victorian hat made from recycled tee shirts.The flower are hand painted with some plumage in blues and green.I built the hat with millinery wire and buckram and attached tee shirt snakes in a swirly pattern.The hat is the sealed with a water based sealer.Lined in cotton and trimmed with silk from a recycled necktie.This is a one size fits all and OOAK hat.

You can wear this with a steampunk ensemble or as a cocktail hat.It all depends on what you put it with-it is versatile.It is very light and has a cotton covered elastic band to hold it on your head.
