I used Jeffrey's Simple Paper Flower pattern and tutorial to make the flowers for this easy and inexpensive centerpiece. I made ten of them for my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. I purchased the vases, rocks and ribbon at a dollar store and made all ten for under $20.00
