For my wedding, someone made me a softcover, obviously stuffed with fiberfill, etc, covered 3-ring binder for me in which I could put my 8X10 wedding pictures.  It obviously involved HOURS of work, wirh an added little heart shaped pictrue frame area attached to the front also (also covered in the same material).  There were lots of flowers and ribbons and it was truly a WORK OF ART.  since then, I have been wanting to make a "puffy" fabric-covered cardboard picture frame and was wondering if any of you have tried something liike this.  If you have,m please leave me a note here.  THANKS!!!!
