Tiny top hat for the ecofashion crowd,and anyone else.Made from recycled materials.Linen curtain fabric refashioning on a felt frame.Hand painted pale blue and gold silk flower with small feather spray.Since this hat perches it is a one size fits all.Fun Asian motif has a Hollywood Regency feel.

The hat stays on with a clear elastic band that disappears into you hair.If you prefer a different fastener please state in notes to seller
