Just because the weather is getting colder, and the days are getting shorter, doesn't mean it's time to pull out everything black in your closet and put it on.  If you must wear all black then at least put on some colorful and fun jewelry!  Adding color through accessories is easy and is something you can have a lot of fun with.  Pile on an arm of bracelets or layer necklaces for a look that's unique to you.
