Hamsa Handmade Necklace
comments (0) November 18th, 2011 in galleryThis necklace features a handmade paper "HAMSA HAND" known as a universal sign of protection and a symbol of good luck.
I've used an antique printing block to create the central piece out of paper. I've painted and decorated it with acrylic colors and then sealed it with matte varnish for protection. It is durable and would last for many years. (I wear my jewelry for many years and on a daily basis :-) you might clean them very gently with a damp cloth.)
A perfect Present for Jewish Holiday.
The central piece hangs from a multi-strand nylon coated stainless steel necklace.
Looks great on a black dress as well as on bright colored wear or wedding dress.
