Ethnic earrings, paper disks with silver hoops

These elegant earrings feature an ethnic woodcut I have engraved in paper pulp disks using an antique Moroccan printing block I found in the flea market some years ago. I've painted them with acrylic colors, decorated with silver leaf and then sealed them with matte varnish for protection. They are durable and would last for many years.
I've set the disks in the middle of fine silver wire hoops which I've hammered to get a finer finish.
The hoops dangle from sterling silver ear wires.
