Tiny top hat for the ecofashion crowd,and anyone else.Made from recycled materials.Linen curtain fabric refashioning on a felt frame.Cannabalized black and white striped bow from thrift store find and 2 red dyed pheasant feathers.Since this hat perches it is a one size fits all.Fun vintage circus motif.
