My son and his family are crazy enough to all wear footed sleepers.  They live in Pennsylvania and it can get cold at night!  I found a man's footed sleeper pattern online, then the lady's and, of course, it's not hard to find a child's pattern.  I think this represents about 16 yards of fabric!  Red flannel with white polka dots.  The adult patterns have buttons to close and the child's is a zipper.  Boy those were BIG pattern pieces!  I had to lay them out on the living room floor to pin and cut out.  I was able to find the gripper fabric for the feet at our local fabric store.
